Pierce County Housing Authority is seeking a responsive, responsible, qualified development partner in the redevelopment of a site currently consisting of a warehouse, office space, and a single family home into an affordable apartment community. The selected developer partner will be expected to have experience in structuring LIHTC financing, engaging with community members, development oversight, and other related functions.
