Trinity View Park Expansion Project. Scope of Work The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program would like to invite local contractors to bid on the work outlined in the following Competitive Sealed Proposal request. Work of this Project is described as a 2,534 SF pre-engineered office and support facility and associated site work located at 2221 East St. Hwy 356, Irving, TX 75060. Work includes general construction, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The solicitation requires a mandatory attendance at one of the two pre-bid meetings. Details of the meeting location and dates are posted under the Activities tab of the solicitation. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted in IONWAVE under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
