Provisions and Clauses All questions must be submitted by email no later than 19 July 2024, 1:00PM The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, and material (to include detergents and operating supplies), transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to perform conversion on the wash rack at DavisMonthan AFB, AZ.
