The City of Frisco is seeking bids for Exterior Window Cleaning services. This will be an annual contract good for one (1) year with four (4) optional annual renewals. This contract is for one (1) annual cleaning for each facility listed. If required, bid security shall be submitted in the same manner as your bid. Any electronic submittals will require the vendor to provide the original hard copy within three (3) business days of the notification of intent to award. Any bid submitted without bid bond or cashiers/certified check, where required, shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Performance and/or payment bonds, when required, shall be submitted to the City, prior to commencement of any work pursuant to the agreement provisions.
