All equipment, material, and workmanship must be in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents on file with the City of Jefferson, Jefferson City, MO 65101. Checks are payable to "ADS" and mailing costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Owner, Architect, and Engineer will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda (if any)obtained from sources other than the issuing office. A Performance and Guarantee Bond is required. A certified check on a solvent bank or a bid bond by a satisfactory surety in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid must accompany each proposal. The contract will require compliance with the wage and labor requirements and the payment of minimum wages in accordance with the Schedule of Wage Rates established by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards.
