Reference number: 20007859 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-05 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) 48 Expected contract duration with options (in months) 60 The work consists of providing the manpower, supervision, tools, equipment and materials needed to carry out specialized cleaning following a disaster (fire, major water damage, etc.) or other special circumstances (death, theft, vandalism, insalubrity, etc.) in the dwellings and housing units of the Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal (OMHM). Work includes cleaning, water recovery, drying of premises and surfaces, air treatment and debris removal. The manpower and type of equipment required, as well as the number of units and installation locations, will be determined according to the specific requirements of each job request, and their needs will be assessed on a daily basis according to the scope of the work and its progress. Since these are urgent interventions, the service provider must be able to carry out the work during and outside normal working hours throughout the year, regardless of vacation periods (including construction vacations) or other vacations. It will maintain a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week call-out service to respond to emergencies at the request of the OMHM representative.
