Scope of Work The scope of work consists of the removal of existing stucco and installation of new stucco per the Standard Specification for Application of Portland Cement-Based Plaster Designation: C926-11a. Exterior & Interior Painting shall be installed per Paint Specification provided. The Awardee shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and all other appurtenances necessary for the scope of work for stucco repair and painting services for Riverfront Recreation Center ("Facility") for the City of Tampa, as described in this bid. Reviewing a solicitation in system should provide email notifications for any addendums and award status. All addendums including Questions and Answers, solicitation and supporting documents, submittal documents and award status will be available within the solicitation in system.
