Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Tampa, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Painting and Stucco Repair Services for Riverfront Recreation Center (Sheltered Market Solicitation). Woman-Owned/Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (WMBE) and Small/Local Business Enterprises (SLBE) are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City of Tampa has a managed Small and Local Busineess program to certify both its woman-owned, minority-owned, and small business vendors. Please be advised that even if you have a self declared attribute on the system, your firm must complete the City of Tampa certification process in order to take advantage of the program benefits in City bidding opportunities. Scope of Work The scope of work consists of the removal of existing stucco and installation of new stucco per the Standard Specification for Application of Portland Cement-Based Plaster Designation: C926-11a. Exterior & Interior Painting shall be installed per Paint Specification provided. The Awardee shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and all other appurtenances necessary for the scope of work for stucco repair and painting services for Riverfront Recreation Center ("Facility") for the City of Tampa, as described in this bid. Reviewing a solicitation in system should provide email notifications for any addendums and award status. All addendums including Questions and Answers, solicitation and supporting documents, submittal documents and award status will be available within the solicitation in system. These documents will not be posted to or any other platform. Question Deadline 08/30/2024 at 5:00 PM ET
