SCOPE The City of Pasadena is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of Traffic Speed Cushions. Question Deadline 07/22/2024 All questions that bidders wish to have addressed and that might require an addendum must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department, Attn: Bob Ward at 1149 Ellsworth Dr., Suite 400, Pasadena, Texas, 77506, emailed to Ckeltch@pasadenatx.gov or faxed to (713) 920-7938. Questions must be received at least seven (7) days before the bid due date. If required, written addendum will be issued within four (4) days to all bidders who have been sent a copy of this IFB as well as posted on the City of Pasadena website The initial term of this contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with an option of two (2) one (1) year contract extensions. The right to extend the contract period for two (2) one (1) year periods shall be upon mutual agreement between the City of Pasadena and the awarded vendor. The City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids/proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bids/proposal in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid/proposal which best serves the City.
