A Performance and Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Shall Be Furnished by the Successful Bidder as Detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Wright Township Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or Portions or to Waive Any Informalities in Bidding and to Withhold Award for a Period of Sixty Days on Behalf of Wright Townshi Barry Isett & Associates, Inc.
