The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and to Reject Any or All Bids. Note: Telephones and Desks Will Not Be Available for Bidders Use at the Bid Site. Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management This work shall consist of clearing, grubbing, removing, and disposing of all undesirable materials within the limits of construction, except things designated to remain or to be removed in accordance with other provisions of the contract.
