Clearwater Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Facility Improvements Each Bid must be accompanied by either a certified bank treasurer's check, a certified cashier's check payable to the order of DTMA, or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders for Construction Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technical defects, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be for the best interest of the Authority. Owner may hold all Bids and they shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the bid opening unless award is delayed due to the required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants; in which case, bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty days in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978, as amended. Separate Bids will be received for Contract G - General Construction; Contract E - Electrical Construction; and Contract H - Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Construction.
