Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of rehabilitating one (1) CMP storm sewer culvert by sliplining with high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) and grouting the annular space between the host pipe and the liner pipe. Removal and replacement of flared end sections, flap gates, and timber pile outlet structures along with riprap outlet protection is also included. The project also includes rehabilitating twin 72" RCP storm sewers by performing joint, concrete spalling repair, and concrete cracking, and construction of a levee access ramp using compacted soils, aggregate surfacing, and geotextile reinforcement. The project sites are in Lancaster County, Lincoln, Nebraska. Envelopes containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent of the amount bid. The check or bond shall be made payable to the Treasurer, Lower Platte South Natural Resources District as security that the bidder to whom the award is made will enter into a contract to complete the rehab project and furnish the required bonds. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening bids without consent of the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District for a period of 45 days after the scheduled time for closing bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. All bidders are encouraged to request plans electronically from Lindy Rogers to ensure that all addendums, etc. are received prior to the bid date.
