The Project includes the following Work: 1,500 LF of Street Improvements with one way traffic, Bike Path, and Pedestrian Path including: 1,910 tons pavement, 8,500 SF Brick Hardscape, Landscaping and Plantings. 1,500 LF of Water Main, 1,200 LF of Sewer Main, and 1,385 LF Storm Piping Street Lighting & Outlet Circuits Major overhead to underground conversion for Dry Utilities including installation of Duct Banks for use by all Dry Utility Owners. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price may be approximately in the $9M to $10M range. The Project has an expected duration of 450 days. There is no pre-bid conference for this re-bid *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
