Provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct proposed park facilities to include a new concrete loop trail with pedestrian lighting, new prefabricated picnic pavilion, park furnishings and drinking fountain replacement with associated parking lot and accessibility improvements, replacement of a wooden fishing pier with pedestrian lighting along the existing trail, bench seating, underground irrigation system using the existing meter connection and the planting of trees per the plans and specifications.
