Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work for the Project includes all labour, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to repair or replace the timber trestles, vehicle apron and ramp, and all marine structures (e.g. pontoons, wingwalls, and floating leads), as is more particularly set out in Schedule "A" - Scope of Work (the "Scope of Work"); which will be included in the Contract. The Scope of Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to Brentwood Bay Terminal Replacing trestle structural members, such as timber and steel piles, transverse whales and cross-braces, and sill beams Replacing trestle non-structural members such as timber guardrail and handrails Repairing floating pontoon Replacing floating lead timber elements and anchor chains Mill Bay Terminal Replacing trestle structural members such as cross-braces and stringer connections Repairing timber piles Replacing non-structural trestle members such as timber guardrails and handrails Replacing floating lead elements and anchor chains Replacing asphalt Repairing floating pontoon Removing and disposing of replaced material Replacing asphalt Removing and disposing of replaced materials
