This project comprises the installation of approximately 900 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron potable watermain and 900 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron reclaimed water main via open cut at the FIND parcel,PCNs 00434129000005610 and 00434132000001040, located west of Ellison Wilson Road, betweenRolling Green Road and W Hemmingway Drive, including utility improvements on Ellison Wilson Road. A cashier's check or a Bid Bond in a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to Seacoast Utility Authority ("Bid Security") shall accompany each Bid as a guarantee that the bidder will not withdraw from the competition after the opening of Bids. The sureties for the Bid Bond and Public Construction Bond must be an entity included in the most recent United States Department of Treasury list of acceptable sureties and be authorized to issue surety bonds in Florida. Bid Security shall be in a single acceptable instrument.
