No quotes will be accepted unless a complete Questionnaire and Financial Statement, with all questions fully answered, is filed within Pre-Qualification Solicitation B2521813 (General), B2521816 (Electrical), B2521819 (Mechanical) and/or B2521822 (Plumbing), on Online.The due date for filing completed questionnaires will be AUGUST 1, 2024. Project: Northeast Philadelphia Airport ADMINISTRATION BUILDING RENOVATIONS BID NO. 6514 - PNE-0346.24 (General) (Bid Range: $2,000,000 - $3,000,000) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. BID MBE WBE DSBE 6514 15%-17% AND 10%-12% BGFE 1. Provide all work as a turnkey installation including all material, labor, warranties, freight and permits. Only items and requirements specifically stated to be provided by others shall not be a requirement for this Section of the Work. The contractor is responsible for delivering a complete and functional system by the end of the contract. 2. Training for system end users and maintainers is required and shall be included in the contract. Testing of all contractor provided components shall be in accordance with established PHL procedures and shall be included in the contract. 3. Implementing a will be in compliance with the US Customs and Border Protection's system requirements and is part of the overall effort to deploy technology systems as part of increasing the overall security posture of air travel. 4. This project scope is limited to all gates in Terminal A, along with main communications rooms AC1085, CT1033 and DT3001. 5. The project shall be comprised in multiple phases as determined by the contractor to complete two goals: a. Reduce the overall construction duration and impact to passenger facing areas. b. Conduct work at a maximum of two gates simultaneously. PHL cannot allow more than two gates to be closed at a given time. The two gates may not be within eyeshot of each other during construction unless required due to minimal seperation distance to adequately complete construction. The architectural scope will consist of the following: a. Replacement of several stainless-steel credenzas with new customized, floor mounted, stainless-steel units. b. Installation of mounts onto existing furniture, and new floor mount units. Installation onto existing furniture will not interfere with any in-place hardware or systems.
