Demolition and site work for a civil project in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: -1,666 LF 12-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe by Open Cut, and associated appurtenances -491 LF 12-inch DIP Sanitary Sewer Pipe by Open Cut, and associated appurtenances -Two (2) 40 feet deep 18" drilled piers for aerial crossings, and associated appurtenances -Existing Granada Lift Station decommissioning, demolition and site restoration In accordance with the provisions of Texas State Law, the City of Denton (the City) is requesting submissions to contract with an individual or business with considerable experience in providing goods or services of this solicitation. The responses and the cost solutions shall be submitted to the City of Denton in a sealed submission. Hard copy bid bonds are required before the submission deadline.
