Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Bldg N105 Modernize Existing Hydraulic Elevator The Work shall consist of modernization of an existing hydraulic 2-stop elevator installed in 1975. Modernization shall mean that the elevator and its components shall be brought into compliance with the 2019 Edition of the North Carolina Elevator and Escalator Code, as well as other applicable Codes. The Elevator Contractor shall be the Prime Contractor for this single-prime contract. The Prime Contractor shall hire Owner approved subcontractors to provide all necessary support work in order to provide a turnkey installation, without additional funding by the Owner.
