Orange County is inviting interested and qualified firms to submit statements of qualifications for professional architectural/engineering services to design a new Crisis Diversion Facility. Firms must be licensed in the State of North Carolina and have extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of behavioral health crisis diversion facilities. The Project will include design, permitting, bidding & award assistance, and construction administration phase services related to the site development and construction of the Crises Diversion Center. Firms should have experience working with Construction Manager at Risk project delivery method should the County choose to employ this process.
