Project is known as the VCBJ Mental Health Dormitory: Detention, Medical and Office Furniture. A new single-story dormitory building is under construction at the Volusia County Branch Jail, 1300 Red John Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida 32124. The building is located within the secure perimeter of the Branch Jail. There is no loading dock. Delivery is to ground floor at grade via a chain-link security fence gates. For security purposes, the floor plan is not provided in the solicitation. It will be provided to the awarded furniture vendor.
