As of August 26, 2024, project is canceled. Project is no longer needed. The scope of work includes the Contractor removing three (3) existing overhead garage doors and their hardware and replace with new at the MVWA s Maintenance Facility, 1620 Kemble Street, Utica NY per the Specifications. Bids shall be submitted only on the forms contained herein and shall be received only from persons who obtain Bid Documents from the MVWA and are duly registered on the list of bidders. The MVWA reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any and all bids. The MVWA may reject any bid if in its judgment the resources, financial standing, or experience of the bidder justifies such rejection in view of the work to be performed. The Board reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for opening the bids.
