It is anticipated to be awarded on 11/17/2024. #3 Well Motor and Pump Replacement, The City of Gainesville is requesting bids for the replacement of Well #3 Motor and Pump to recover production of the well at 300 GPM. Well #3: Contractor needs to acidize and swab the well screen then run a bailer to clean out well bore. Then install submersible equipment to increase production back to 300 GPM. In addition, include all electrical/concrete work to complete the install of the drive. Bid should include: Well #3 Acidize and swab well screen. Run bailer to clean out well bore. Allow Three day's rig time to assure all sand is removed from well bore. It is the contractor's responsibility to have all typical safety equipment and PPE. Ex: Hard hats, Safety vests, proper lifting devices and etc. Bidders must have current liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence, naming the City of Gainesville as additionally insured. The City of Gainesville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Bids or counter Bids, and accept the Bid that will be in the best interest of the City of Gainesville.
