Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lake George, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project consists of the construction of new sustainable trails at the McPhillips Preserve at French Mountain and associated work and must be substantially completed by May 1, 2026 and ready for final payment by June 1, 2026. At the bid opening, the Bidder must supply a Bid Guarantee of five percent [5%] of the Total Amount of the Bid submitted. The Guarantee must be in the form of a bond or certified check. In addition, the Successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance, and Labor and Material Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price and will be responsible for a one-year correction period of completed works. Insurance shall be provided by the Successful Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or waive any informalities in the Bidding. ***Document Note Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, after having given the Issuing Office (72) hours advance notice and upon payment of $250.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Suozzo, Doty & Associates, PLLC.
