Under the direction of the City Engineer, the Consultant will prepare the necessary construction plans and specifications and cost estimates, and will secure any pennits and/or approvals, as may be required, for the Vineland Industrial Park West Site Clearance & Infrastructure Improvements. There will be two separate specification packages required: Demolition and Improvement. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than noon on Monday, July 29, 2024. The City of Vineland reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the City of Vineland. The City Council of the City of Vineland shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
