This Contract Includes the Supply of All Plant, Labour, Materials, Equipment and Supervision Necessary to Complete This Project: 1 New Office Suite Room 322 Marshall D'avray Hall University of New Brunswick Fredericton, Nb Project No. J538665 2 Contract Method: Lump Sum 2 the Work Under This Contract Includes, but is Not Necessarily Limited to, the Following (See Drawings and Specifications-00 85.00 for More Information): Remove Flooring. Celling, Lighting. Cabinets/shelves, Chalk/white/bulletin Boards: Heater 2 Bulid New Partitions C/w New Doars/frames and Transom's/borrowed Lites: 3 Install New Ceiling, Flooring and Kitchenette: 4 Modify Piping and Install New Radiant Ceiling Panels. Provide Plumbing Infrastructure and New Bar Sink: 5 Install New Ducts, Fire/smoke Dampers, Vav, Balancing Dampers, Sa Diffusers, Retum Air Grilles, Etc.; Modify Sprinklers and Add Heads as Necessary: 7 Install New Light Fixtures, Add Receptacles and Modify Existing Electrical. 3 Work Shall Be Done in Accordance With Technical Specifications Section 00 85 00 and Scope/general Tender Documents are available at https://unb.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/82326 Questions during the bidding period shall be addressed to: Bev McAllister, Manager of Projects Capital Planning & Operations University of New Brunswick P.O.
