As of September 04, 2024. Project is cancelled and no plans for a rebid. In general, Work consists of the construction of 4 pickleball courts and other general site improvements. The Project consists of the following approximate quantities: 300 CY Select Granular Borrow 450 TN Aggregate Base, Class 5 190 TN Bituminous Wear (Court), SPWEA240C 750 LF Drain Tile, 6" perforated PVC 250 LF Water Service Line Along with Alternate 1, miscellaneous utility improvements, removals, and restoration. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
