Request for Proposal to secure predictive energy emissions and household/business expenditure modelling services customized to the City of Vancouver's unique specifications is underway. This work will deliver a range of forecasts in response to different climate/energy policies in support of annual implementation reporting annually through 2025-2030; impact modelling and analysis to support 2026- 2030 climate plan planning phase; and detailed impact modelling and analysis in support of 2-3 proposed policies annually through 2030. To ensure usability and traceability of model outputs, the successful proponent will also develop a process to share results with staff efficiently and accurately. The term of any Agreement is expected to be a 5-year period , with 2 possible 1-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 7 years.
