Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work of this Contract includes architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical demolition and construction at the University of Manitoba, Ceramics building, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work under this Contract covers: i. Refer to section 01 11 00 – Summary of Work. ii. Removal of two make up airs, exhaust fans, unit heaters, gas piping, and electrical, etc. iii. Providing new grade mounted RTUs, complete with duct redistribution and heating coils. New transformer and main distribution changes, architecture adjustments including doors, fire rating, screening, etc. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
