Site work for a mixed-use development in Othello, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Estimated Construction Cost: $750,000 work for construction that conforms to all applicable public works requirements including the requirement to pay prevailing wages. The project consists of replacing a failing utility tunnel lid on a utility tunnel that runs between the existing boiler room and the newer multi-story addition as indicated in the Contract Documents.
