The City reserves the right to make the selection based on its sole discretion. A subcommittee selected by City Staff will evaluate SOQs provided in response to this RFQ This Project requires a valid California contractor’s license for the following classification(s): Class A or C10. Consultants are advised that some projects serviced under an agreement may be considered a “public work” for purposes of the California Labor Code, which requires payment of no less than prevailing wages. The City of Dublin (City) hereby invites Statement of Qualifications with a description of qualifications and rates from qualified electrical Contractors to perform on-call maintenance and emergency repair services for traffic signals and streetlights. The contract will be for a period of 3 years effective when the agreement is fully executed by the bidder and the City of Dublin and shall remain effective through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew the contract for two additional years in one-year increments It is anticipated that the services covered by the Agreement resulting from this solicitation will be performed on a time and materials fee basis for a specified scope of work. The term of the agreement will begin October 2, 2024 Question Deadline 07/26/2024
