The chemical subject to this procurement are detailed in the specifications attached to the Bid and Contract Documents (the "Chemical"). The Chemicals will be required to meet applicable American Water Works Association standards and specifications. Bids shall be valid for 60 Days after the bid opening date. Any Addenda will be delivered via email. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to check through the close of bids for any applicable addenda or updates. M1W does not assume any liability or responsibility based on any defective or incomplete copying, excerpting, scanning, faxing, downloading or printing of the Bid and Contract Documents. Each bidder shall be licensed as required by law. M1W reserves the right, after opening Bids, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality (non-responsiveness) in a Bid or in this bidding process, or to make award and reject all other Bids, for any of the Chemicals, as it may best serve the interest of M1W.
