Sumner-Bonney Lake School District (the "District" or "SBLSD") seeks the services of a qualified and experienced project and construction management consultant to oversee the planning and permitting of and to manage a comprehensive series of expansion and improvement projects across several schools totaling not more than $732 million dollars upon a Capital Bond proposition to be submitted to the voters of the District. The goal of these projects is to address student overcrowding and educational resources, enhance safety, security, and accessibility, and upgrade facilities to meet current and future needs. The successful consultant or consultants will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
