Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project scope of work includes the interior renovations at the Administrative Offices of the Courts, IT Offices, located on the Lower Level of the Leonard L. Williams Justice Center. Proposed renovations include eliminating a large amount of storage space and creating two large work rooms with work stations for approximately 8-10 employees. Additional renovations include creating two private office spaces, a break room and a large open office space for an additional 8-10 employees. New mechanical systems and lighting will be incorporated into the design to support IT equipment. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
