Site work and paving for a road / highway in Martin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will include two separate bids. One bid will include paving of streets, and the other will include milling of streets. Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of roadside debris. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total contract amount made payable to the City of Martin. The City of Martin reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of streets and tonnage. The City of Martin reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and to make any award of the lowest and best bid, con sistent with law, deemed to be in the best interest of the city.
