Quote to install one (1) fire hydrant with tap on 12" Ductile Iron Pipe. Parts to include but not limited to: - One (1) 5 1\4" M&H 3-way hydrant buried approximately 4' deep - Two (2) 6" gripper ring assembly packs - 20' of 6" SDR 21 PVC - One (1) 36" X 48" valve box with lid - Solid block (kicker) - Wash rock (weep holes) - One (1) 12" X 6" ROMAC tapping sleeve for CI - One (1) 6" M&H MJ resilient tap valve Price to include installation. Price not to include: - Excavation (to be done by city with notice of start date) -Asphalt or blacktop removal or replacement
