The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Chiller & Boiler Maintenance & Repair Services - CHQC located at Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC), 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, taxes, insurance, bonds, permits, and transportation to perform adjustments, testing, preventative maintenance, and non-routine repair services to Chiller and Boilers at the Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC). All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Ms. Tonkunas, Rima, at Rima.Tonkunas@cmd.ca.gov and LtCol Lacy, Jennifer at Jennifer.Lacy@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 7/31/2024. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license, and C-4 Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting Contractor license or subcontract to one. The amount of at least 10% of the bid amount must be submitted by the contractor with the Proposal Form Standard Form 807, in the amount of 100% of the contract amount must be submitted in the amount of 100% of the contract amount must be submitted Contractor will be allowed 1095 Calendar Days (3 Years) to complete this project. A certified Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) shall receive a 5% incentive on a bid proposal when a responsible non-DVBE has submitted the lowest priced responsive bid. The Military Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
