The Project includes the following Work: The project includes the comprehensive upgrade of the wastewater treatment plant, including changes to all buildings, processes, and equipment, plus modification of the existing plant outfall manhole and structure. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications. addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Bidding Documents may be examined at the offices of MRB Group, and the Village of Moravia (22 Central Street, Moravia. New York 13118), on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Bidding Documents will not be available from MRB Group or the Owner. The Village of Moravia, Cayuga County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract.
