Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of maintenance work for five (5) existing water storage tanks, including pressure washing, repairs, modifications, and painting. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. SCOPE OF WORK A. This specification covers repairs, modifications, preparation of surfaces, and painting of interior and exterior surfaces of welded steel water storage tanks as specified. B. The following water tanks are included in this project: 1. Crystal Ridge Tank 50,000 gallon; leg-type elevated; double-ellipsoid; 125 ft. height to overflow. 2. Flintville Tank 1,000,000 gallon; leg-type elevated; torosphere; 200 ft. height to overflow. 3. Chestnut Ridge Tank 100,000 gallon; leg-type; torosphere; 70 ft. height to overflow. 4. Mulberry Tank 204,000 gallon; 33 ft. dia.; 32ft. height to overflow. 5. Taft Tank 500,000 gallon; leg-type elevated; torosphere; 110 ft. height to overflow
