PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Work of this Project is described as the renovation of the existing Grapevine City Hall Lobby in Grapevine, Texas. B. Work includes general construction, HVAC, and electrical. C. The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 1.3 WORK BY OTHERS A. Separate Contracts: 1. The Owner may execute contracts for additional work at the site, that is excluded from the work of this Contract. 2. Work under separate contract may be executed concurrent with Work of this Contract. 3. Cooperate with the Owner and separate contractors to accommodate this requirement.
