PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Work of this Project is described as the renovation of the existing Grapevine City Hall Lobby in Grapevine, Texas. B. Work includes general construction, HVAC, and electrical. C. The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 1.3 WORK BY OTHERS A. Separate Contracts: 1. The Owner may execute contracts for additional work at the site, that is excluded from the work of this Contract. 2. Work under separate contract may be executed concurrent with Work of this Contract. 3. Cooperate with the Owner and separate contractors to accommodate this requirement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION Grapevine City Hall Building The primary work will be done around the downstairs lobby area. Utility Billing, Planning Services, Building Services and Engineering areas. New doors will be installed and countertops with protected glass areas. Furthermore, a vestibule will be added at the rear entrance. This facility will be occupied Monday - Friday 8am.- 5pm and public meetings held on some afterhours dates during construction.
