SECTION I - BASE BID: o Clearing, Grubbing and Shrubs Removal; o Remove all Trees inside the easement; o Flowable fill approximately 1,250 of sewer line, Less than 8 inch; o Remove existing fence and replace with 6 foot high galvanized chain link fence, approximately 600 linear feet; o Furnish and install approximately 500 linear feet of sanitary sewer 6-10 inch diameter PVC Truss pipe by open cut and associated manholes; o Furnish and install approximately 725 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 10 inch diameter PVC Certa-Lok Restrained Joint, Integral Bell, Green Color by directional drilling and all associated manholes; o Reconnect approximately 12 sewer leads; o Plant approximately 200 "Emerald Green Arborvitae" or approved equal behind the fence line, 3 feet apart, 5-6 ft high; o All other related items. SECTION II - ALTERNATE BID: o Provide a Price to change the 10 inch Certal-Lok pipe (placed in directional drill method) to a 10 inch PVC Truss Pipe (placed in open cut method); A properly completed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in a sum not less than five (5) percent of the proposed amount of the proposal submitted, shall accompany each proposal as security for acceptance of the Contract by the lowest qualified bidder.
