Light fixtures, Aluminum street light arms and Aluminum poles Time is of the essence with respect to all deliveries under this Agreement. Delivery of all equipment, materials, or supplies shall be made Free on Board (FOB) GUC Warehouse, 701 Utility Way Greenville, North Carolina 27834, unless otherwise specified. It is the intent of Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) to enter into a multi-year contract at the time the contract is awarded by GUC to the successful bidder for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years. Prices shall remain fixed during the first year with option for annual extensions at the same or negotiated unit prices for up to two (2) additional years if market and service conditions so warrant and prove to be in the best interest of GUC. A deposit is NOT required for this bid.
