100 % A Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security made payable to the City of Providence and Providence Water for an amount of Bidder's maximum Bid price as stated in the Cover Documents and/or the Invitation to Bid, and in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the Cover Documents and paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions (as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions). Failure to submit a proper Bid security will result in the disqualification of the Bid. This project is also subject to the application of American Iron and Steel (AIS) and Build America Buy American (BABA) requirements to the 2025, 2026 and 2027 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Assistance Agreements, as administered by the Enviornmental Protection Agency (EPA).
