Renovation of a laboratory facility in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Construction services for replacement of a networked fire alarm and voice evacuation system for all buildings at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Atlantic Coastal Environmental Sciences Division (ACESD) campus in Narragansett, RI. No questions pertaining to the RFP will be answered at the site visit by the EPA Facility Personnel. All questions resulting from the release of the RFP and the site visit shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer through FedConnect by 4:00 pm (ES) on November 21, 2024. In accordance with Local Clause EPA-L-15-102, Technical Questions, Offerors must submit all technical questions concerning this solicitation electronically through FedConnect. In order to submit questions, offerors must register in FedConnect, see main page for registration instructions. Please submit your completed Past Performance Questionnaire DIRECTLY to the U.S. EPA Contract Specialist, Amber Hawkins, via email at Hawkins.amber@epa.gov, In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the subject requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
