Scope of Service: 1. Conduct a series of four (4) collaborative partner meetings to solicit input on potential route design. 2. Conduct a series of 3 public workshop sessions to solicit community input. One in each area of the County according to the Corridors of Significance Plan. 3. (Milestone is time after project award) Project kick-off (with website post, public announcement) (1 month) 4. Establish Steering Team and Working Group (15 Days) 5. Review existing County-wide plans for best practice examples (1 month) 6. Develop guidelines outline (concurrent with Step 3 + 1 month) 7. Develop corridor criteria (1 month) 8. Develop preliminary design guide elements (1 month) 9. Refine corridor and design guide elements (15 days) 10. Write preliminary guidelines document (Concurrent with steps 5-7 + 1 month) 11. Seek feedback from stakeholders (15 days ) 12. Finalize document and implementation strategies (9 months after kickoff) 13. The completion of monthly grant reporting document required by SEMCOG and adherence to Grant Agreement provided by SEMCOG This Project Will Run From August 2024 to June 2025.
