Site work and paving for a road / highway in White House, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Pre-bid questions will be received formally in writing via post or email until COB August 9th at CSR Engineering, Inc., 2010 Hwy 49E, Pleasant View, TN 37146 (c/o Jason Reynolds) or email at jason.reynolds@csrengineers.com. The project generally consists of excavation, grading, milling, paving, striping and associated miscellaneous work all within the City ROW along North Palmers Chapel Road in the City of White House, TN. A bid bond of 5% of the bid is required on this project. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish separate one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bonds. The Performance Bond shall be in full force and effect for one (1) year after the date of final acceptance of the project by the City of White House The City of White House reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any presented which meet or exceed these specifications, and/or which would be in the best interest of the City and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid Each Bidder must be appropriately licensed as a Contractor in the State of Tennessee as provided in T.C.A. 62-6-101. The Bidders name, license number, expiration date, and that part of the contracting classification applying to the Bid shall appear on the sealed envelope containing the Bid; otherwise, the Bid shall not be opened.
