Site work for a water / sewer project in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 19,2024, project was awarded to Quality W Contractors LLC, awarded amount is $533,682.90. This project consists of approximately 700 LF of proposed sanitary sewer main and approximately 190 LF of proposed water main and associated appurtenances to be installed near Ivy Street and 8th Street and then Washington Avenue and 6th Street. All Questions Due: August 7, 2024, 5:00 P.M. CT Tentatively, the final selection decision will be made, and submitters will be notified of award by, September 30, 2024. Liquidation Fee is $1000.00 for each day of delay. Each submission must be accompanied by a certified check of the submitter, or a bid bond (PDF copy through the Bonfire portal) executed by the submitter as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the City in the amount of 5% of the submission.
