The Massachusetts Port Authority ("Massport" or the "Authority") invites Proposals from qualified firms Interested in entering into an agreement for goods or services. Agreement Term: The Authority intends to enter into one or more Purchase Order(s) for the Scope of Service The term of the Purchase Order(s) for shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal options to extend. The Authority reserves its rights with regard to earlier termination of the Purchase Order in accordance with the terms therein. Current Location(s) for this bid: Flynn Cruiseport - South Boston, MA Conley Terminal - South Boston, MNA Fish Pier - South Boston, MA Logan International Airport - East Boston, MA Maritime Parks - East Boston, MA L.G. Hanscom Airfield, Bedford, MA Worcester Regional Airport, Worcester, MA Substitutions will be considered. All Pricing to include freight, shipping, delivery, fuel and handling charges. The Authority reserves the right to add or remove locations at its sole discretion during the term of the resulting Agreements. The undersigned, as bidder, declares that the only persons or parties interested in this Proposal as principals are those named herein; that this Proposal is made without collusion with any other, and bidder proposes and agrees, if this Proposal is accepted, that bidder will contract with the Authority to furnish, and deliver at the time and place stipulated according to the requirements as herein set forth at the quoted prices Question Deadline 07/24/2024 at 1:00 PM ET All Questions must be asked and answered via electronically.
